I just started transcribing for a new doctor.  I can't make out what he's saying.  The patient has transitional cell carcinoma.  He states, He underwent several surveillance cystoscopies after that and was found to have a recurrence on the right side in the area of the s/l tridown or trigown. 
s/l Klower frame?
