Or is it a matter of preference? I was taught that you put semicolons between numbered lists that are "horizontal" as opposed to "vertical."

Okay, I've googled and looked around and there seems to be differing opinions about this.


Is it Gamma nail or gamma nail?  Seen in both ways.  I've been using Gamma nail because I'm thinking that it is a product that Stryker makes and I've seen in capitalized on their website, but other places...not. 


Is there a consensus?
