In medication list, dictator says and spells T dash pearls. I am pretty sure she means Tessalon Perles, but I am not sure if I should just assume that is what she means and type it out, or type it as spelled and dictated (I cannot verify T-Pearls or T-Perles), or leave a blank. The account is not verbatim. I hate to leave a blank since it is more than likely Tessalon Perles, but on the other hand I don't think I should just assume I am right. Just looking for advice/opinions.
