It is in a long list of drugs.  The patient has coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, degenerative arthritis, endometriosis and respiratory problems.  She is also on meds for anxiety/depression. 


One other thing it would be is Vicoden p.r.n. "and q.8."  Does that make sense, because there isn't anything after the 8 before going onto the next drug.
