Has anyone heard of this word? Here is the text in which it was used.
OPERATIVE PROCEDURE PERFORMED: Diagnostic and surgical arthroscopy, arthroscopic medial meniscaresis, arthroscopic resection of fibrotic shelf, and an arthroscopic partial synovectomy.
