Subject: microvasc(Rx)

This pt has multiple medical problems including diabetes, hypertension etc. She is 80 yrs old. The pt is on "Metformin, <INC 00:12:03> s/l "Microvasc", Actos, Cozaar, Aricept, hydrochlorothiazide, alprazolam, omeprazole and baby aspirin."
