The patient has myasthenia gravis.Medications: Synthroid 0.15 mg p.o. daily, s/l fanfadil 30 cc after meals, 1-2 times per day, potassium supplements.

Your office was kind enough to fax me the results of acetylcholine receptor antibody testing. His blocking antibody was elevated at 29 with a positive cutoff of 25. His modulating was elevated at 38 (normal 26) and his modulating at 6.8 (0.5).  A thyroxine was 5.1.
