PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: Medications: Prednisone 80 mg p.o. q.o.d. (prostigmin) Prednisone 40 mg q.o.d, neostigmine 180 mg q.i.d., Haldol 2 mg. q.h.s., Synthroid 0.15 mg. p.o. daily, s/l fanfadil 30 cc after meal, 1-2 x per day, potassium supplements.

Your office was kind enough to fax me the results of acetylcholine receptor antibody testing. His blocking antibody was elevated at 29 with a positive cutoff of 25. His modulating was elevated at 38 (normal 26) and his modulating at 6.8 (0.5). A thyroxine was 5.1.
