need RX help, please

Patient has Crohn's. Doc keeps saying meprazine 50/25, which is a combo-drug for Demerol & Phenergan. Pt. given RX for that, & also Phenergan separately.
I kept thinking meperidine, but she's clearly saying the above. I just can't seem to find the exact spelling here.
