Patient had a pyeloplasty and subsequent endopyelotomy due to some kind of drainage that persisted following the pyeloplasty.  I really cannot understand enough of it to spell it phonetically.  I will say that when I first heard it, I thought he was saying "anterior," but that has too many syllables, plus when I listened again, I could distinctly hear a "p" sound at the start of the second syllable.

Doc says that patient had a Mag3 Lasix scan which shows "________ drainage."

Help!  And thanks in advance!
