This is a neonatal intensive care unit progress note.  Under cardiovascular, he says the patient is on s/l "azerotide 0.02 mcg/kg/minute".  This is in addition to milrinone, fenoldopam, baby aspirin, Lipitor, carvedilol, digoxin and IV Lasix.

I have no diagnoses on this patient (they're copied from previous reports by the in-house transcription and I can't view them).  Any ideas on "azerotide"

Neonatal circ with recurrent adhesions
Subject: Neonatal circ with recurrent adhesions

This has to be circumcision, right? But he is saying the patient can get beneath the foreskin clean, but blah, blah. But if he was circumcised, he would not have foreskin, right? Or with the adhesions, would there still be some there? I'm confused! TIA
