one to one?

D: We will proceed with a modified barium swallow and continue the 1 to 1.

The pt has Alzheimer's and her husband is feeding her, she is incontinent. The barium swallow is for swallowing dysfunction.

I am not clear on the  ... 1 to 1 part of the dictation.
