Patient has drooping of upper lids. Under PE, Face/Lid/Adnexal Examination: Bilateral lower lid medial, nasal and central herniated orbital fat pads with 1+ *rididosis* of the lower lids.

I'm doing an ophthalmology report and he says what sounds like "paleovascular" bleb.  Could it be perivascular bleb?  Also, he says he is going to put the patient on Alphagan to prepare him for a s/l "Kempral" lens extraction.  Anyone know what this could be?  TIA

Here is the sentence I'm struggling with:


"On Humphrey visual field 30-2 testing on the right, the patient has a foveal sensitivity of 35 __ and a mean deviation of -2.6 __. "  


I can't tell if the doctor is saying "DD" as in disk diameter, or "dB" as in decibels.  I found both in Stedman's Ophthalmology Words.  Using Google, dB seemed to pertain to light intensity measurement, but it sounded more like this had to do with the measuring instrument than the eye itself. 


Thanks in advance for any help you can give.... I HATE abbreviations!
