The shoulder joint remains subluxed superiorly, as has always been the case, given her complete absence of soft tissue ______ (s/l swevance or slevance) and cuff function.
I'm tired and cannot think....any suggestions??

Doctor says the patient was seen in the emergency room and given "a soft cast OR appliance." I THINK he says "or" but the word is muffled. would that fit?

I know this is crazy. I have never done this doc before and he mumbles "BIG TIME".
My two questions in this sentence is the word after culture. It sounds like he is saying culture soft. My next question is staph .... sounds like egg.. or staphcoegg.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I guess I need to stop for tonight. To late on a Sunday night to try and understand a new doc.
