This is a 10-year-old with ALL presenting with pancreatitis.  It was felt that the "elmosperachinase" caused the pancreatitis.


Any ideas?

I'm actually helping someone else with this, so I don't have details, but she was thinking "ileal" pancreatitis - that doesn't sound right to me.  Any suggestions?

It sounds like "No history of withdrawal seizures, fissures or PUD or pancreatitis."  For a patient with alcoholic liver disease.  The underlined is what I am not sure about. Thanks!
