Left foot is somewhat chronically swollen and tender around the ankle joint. 


 


Does this sound correct?  It s/l like what he is saying but not sure if it makes sense.  What do you think?

The blank sounds like "clinical and", but this doesn't make sense.  Any ideas?

but extremely embarrassing. Especially when it lasts for hours then turns into a horrendous bout of diarrhea. I have intolerance to ibuprofen and it causes this. Of course, it took them five years to figure out what was causing the rumbling. Go figure!
