Subject: s/l "ANP-BC" or "A&P-BC"

There is a note on the chart from Dr. So and so. "ANP-BC" dated 07/08 and stating abdominal pain at that time had occurred for about seven weeks. I think it is either ANP-BC or A&P-BC.

Any ideas of what this is?
