s/l "convalent" -sm

I am transcribing a Hospice domicile visit and this is what I have...

Roxanol was used at doses of 10 mg; however, she became extremely convalent on this dose and was therefore given only 5 mg doses.

Is "convalent" correct?

  • maybe somnolent or combatant? Can go either way, but usually sleepiness prevails. nm - Used to be Hospice nurse

  • Did you try looking up side effects of Roxanol to get your S/L? nm - Helper

  • seizures, like convulsant?? - thinking it could be?
