I am figuring this is short for adenosine thallium. Is that correct? is my abbrev. correct? Thanks.

I have come across this a few times now and don't know what this represents. I think it might be slang for adensosine thallium but there is also a Thal fundoplication procedure. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. Thanks.
