s/l *acintosis nagrogance*

I know the spelling on that isn't even close.  Also this is an ESL so I'm not even sure if the s/l is really all that close.

NECK:  Supple, no goiter or bruits.  I did not see an obvious _____; however, the skin of her neck is slightly darker than the rest of her body.  Axilla did show some increase in her discoloration. 

Patient is being seen regarding obesity and weight gain.
