s/l anacolysis- please SM

Patient has had upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.  Doc says that he has had s/l anacolysis as well as video endoscopy.  Could the dr be saying anaclasis?  I found this word in Stedman's.  It seems to make sense, but I've never heard it used before, so I thought I'd check it out here.

    • I'm not sure. I don't hear any "T" sound, but he could be dropping that part. - rmb
