This is for a young child with fever and fatigue.  Also has been worked up in the past for vomiting and intermittent abd. pain.


The s/l byremia is the assessment.  That is it, nothing else to go by.  I thought maybe viremia but I could not find a good enough def. to be sure.  Any help would be much appreciated it has been a long day and I the brain is too slow at the moment.
