Only mentioned in abdominal exam of morbidly obese female who has had appendectomy and hysterectomy/BSO for cancer and skin grafting for chronic stasis ulcers in the past.

The patient has a scar noted horizontally across the lower abdomen where she has had a previous s/l con-ick-u-lectomy.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Subject: s/l panni-lectomy psm

panniculectomy, panilectomy, panelectomy.

Does anyone know which of these is correct? Previous notes I pull up for patient have different spellings, but doctor pronounces panni lectomy. Thanks for your help!
