Subject: s/l evonution...

The patient is still having a lot of left shoulder pain, increasing particularly at night. He also has marked S/L evonution in range of motion at this time with forward elevation only to about 90 degrees without a lot of shoulder pain.

Thought it was to be evolution but there is no L sound. Could it still be evolution? tia
