patient has bladder cancer  -

A urinalysis was positive for microhematuria.  A urine cytology showed significant atypia and a fluorescence in situ hybridization study was positive for “3, 7 and 17 Centramere??? gains and for 9P21 loss” Also not sure about the 9P21 loss???? if that is written correctly or not.  YIKES.  Never come across this in all my years of typing.  Something new everyday.
