Additional serologic markers for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus have been negative.  With a positive rheumatoid factor, it is possible that the patient could develop a picture of rheumatoid arthritis in the future, but with a low-titer rheumatoid factor, it is also possible that this could be a nonspecific s/l immuno-logular-aboration.


 


I just can't pin down what is exactly being said here.
