Dr. Says:  The patient comes in for followup of depression with panic attacks.  She feels the Celexa medication has helped her significantly.  We increased her from 20 to 40 mg because she was still having the anxiety to a moderate degree.  We proposed starting her on a cheaper s/l nesothoride, but she preferred to stay with the Celexa.
