s/l peremba caplet and also s/l Nutrateet gel shampo

Dx:  Pneumonia, retardation, cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, hernia, quadriplegia, GERD, osteoporosis, acne, and anemia, so it's hard to tell which medication the first one is for.

The second one obviously is a shampoo, but I can't come up with what it could be.
