Subject: s/l poker reception?

Dr. Says:  Sensation is present.  Some point discrimination is present down to 2-3 mm in his index finger bilaterally.  (s/l poker reception) normal with rapid alternating movements.  Hot and cold sensation intact.  Vibratory sensation intact.  Strength was 5/5, all intrinsic and extrinsic functions at the hand.

ASSESSMENT

Nerve trauma, level of the antecubital fossa.

Any ideas (s/l poker reception)?

Thanks
