Subject: s/l polypodic excresents

Colonoscopy Report - In a well-prepared colon, she was intubated to the cecum and found to be free of any obvious polyp or malignancy. She did have small s/l polypodic excrescents at the anastomosis which was almost certainly hyperplastic and inflammatory. I removed it with the polypectomy snare and a copy of the pathology report will be forwarded to you.

TIA!
