Subject: s/l saloligog

I am stumped as well as the other transcriptionists I work with.  I am convinced this is a made up word but maybe someone else has run across this.  Here is the sentence used :  Her sodium ended up being low as a result of that so Dr.  told her to suck on anything that is a ________((sounds like saloligog)  or fruit or something along those lines and despite this, there is no improvement.

Thanks.  It's driving me crazy!   LOL
