Subject: s/l sesto steroids

Patient with lower GI bleed, rheumatoid arthritis, HTN. Patient steroid depend, 5 mg of prednisone daily, so will put on s/l sesto steroids

Also GI bleed likely to be lower gastrointestinal s/l epichondral or upper gastrointestinal. Patient had hip replacement in October.

This MD is a nightmare. Thanks.
