put this patient back into a short-arm cast with a small thumb component with a tension to be able to allow the patient to get some flexion at the MP joint.
Is this right or would it be "attention"?

Pt. had chest pain while walking...then the Dr. dictates " he felt like he was hit in the chest. There was a 'somewhat phoretic component to that'....." any ideas? I've tried to make "diaphoretic" out of it, but I do not hear that. Please help and thanks!!!!
