EKG was done under review of sinus tachycardia with occasional s/l ___tary? edge or s/l complexes? with a first degree AV block and non-specific ST and T-wave abnormalities

and then says CROIMI (spells out).  I'm thinking IMI might be inferior myocardial infarction, but no mention of this prior although does have CAD and is status post CABG.  Don't know what CRO would be, though.  Any suggestions?
