In the preop dx, the doctor says left radius s/l scalleazzi fracture.  I'm must be way off in my spelling because I'm having no luck in my quest to find the proper spelling of this term.  Can anyone help me?  I'm so brain dead today!!!

Yes!  That's it!!!  Thanks so much for taking time to help me!  I'd tried dropping the 'S' in case I wasn't hearing it except for at the end of the preceding word, but I hadn't tried spelling the word with a 'G'.  Like I said, I'm brain dead.  TGIF!!!  Thank you again!

No doc says radian, ulnar and median nerve distribution. I was just wondering if there was a radian nerve, since QA keeps marking it as radial and then radian and then radial, (I keep getting graded on that word and just wanted to know if I was right or wrong). It is radial. radian is a math measurement of some sort.
