I have heard this name many times while working as an OR secretary, but I don't know how to spell it. The spellchecker actually takes this spelling, but I still doubt it because it's not even in their capitalized.

I am just not familiar with this dictator, and he talks SO fast!   Anyone heard of anything that sounds like **Probable LB** aneurysm?  Probable may not even be the correct word...  It just sounds like what he is saying. Or it is and I have never heard of an 'LB' aneurysm.
