Here’s what I have:


Attention was then turned to the inferior turbinates, which were addressed with the turbinator attachment for the microdebrider. 


 


And again:
The excess bone was removed with the turbinator attachment, and then the bilateral inferior turbinates were outfractured.


 

He is very clearly saying turbinator/turbinater (with an "r"), but I cannot document it anywhere.  Any ideas?
