migraines. I have never typed that word but I can see what the physician means. I would put sidedness in quotes. Just me though. The dictation gets the message across.

It is my impression, at this time, that he has posttraumatic headaches that have associated occipital neuralgia pain, though there is some "sidelock" nature to this headache as well.

Thank you, haven't turned work in yet, so appreciate your input. In listening back, it definitely sounds like locks, but facet is what he slurred. Just googled and that's what I found with lock. Thank you all so much, you saved me great embarrassment with new account.
