Some carotid artery calcifications in the left carotid area are apparent. Degenerative changes in the thoracic spine and lumbar spine. There is disk space narrowing involving the L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels. I do not appreciate any obvious s/l levique changes in the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine.
This is bone survey for pat. w/history of multiple myeloma. Need help with this sentence....

In the spine, there are scattered degenerative changes apparent.  s/l Rarely prominent of said degenerative changes on the right at L5.  Cannot tell if he is saying Verily, Rarely, Barely?  Can anyone help with what would be normally used in this case?  Thanks.

Has anybody ever heard of this device and/or have any idea what the PI is? Doing a CABG.


We then encircled the vessel with a ministem flow device. The flow meter showed us that we had good flows in the range of 15-20 milliliters per minute with diastolic flow, and good PI's.

Stuff like this makes me look bad and also paranoid.  The suits only look at QA scores, that type of thing, and never how crappy the report was.
