Anyone know what is correct and if this stands for anything? It is mentioned in a list of other labs and says it is for diabetes.

You all are always such a great help. Discharge Summary of a patient in diabetic ketoacisosis. On their physical exam, the doctors is dictating about their eyes I believe, they say: "No nystagmus." then right after this it sounds like "No lid lag optosis", followed by periorbital edema". Help! Can't find anything to replace "No lid lag optosis!"
