Diagnosis: Mild Knee sprain.
Dr says significant internal arrangement. I have only heard of derangement. Could it be arrangement as he says it clearly starting with an A.

That's probably correct if it's a shoulder exam. Internal rotation is measured by vertebral levels.

An Omni-tract was used for exposure. The peritoneum overlying the previous aortic graft was incised to expose the s/l vosicated lins of the graft.
