 On exam, it does appear that the pain has shifted some from the lateral shoulder area up into the trapezius in the main belly. There is a trigger point right in the main belly that recreates almost all of her symptoms.  version of belly press test??  nm

 An Omni-tract was used for exposure.  The peritoneum overlying the previous aortic graft was incised to expose the s/l vosicated lins of the graft.
