If this company is Precyse Solutions, you could be off and on 100% QA until your fired. This is a company that writes its employees up for over 98% and pick them apart for petty insignificant details that do not change the report. Most of us have a pretty good feel for how good we are by now. Some of these companies dance to a different beat. When this happens you cannot satisfy them and you might as well quit. Also, there is no randomness about their sampling of your work. The company seems not to care, driving off countless qualified and excellent transcriptionists like yourself. I'm not sure why any company would want to do this to excellent, reliable employees?
