Actually, I get 0.085 base rate (when I said 12-1/2 cents I was estimating) but on top of that if you do more than required per pay period, you get an extra 1/2 cent per line. The line rate pay can be misleading b/c I've worked for companies where I got paid 9.5 cents and didn't make near as much as I do at Amphion b/c the dictators were horrible! That's what I love about Amphion - 95% of the dictators are great and the other 5% aren't even that bad.
