The fairly new people that I know who work here are getting the short end of the stick. The people who have been with Amphion for a while get the better accounts that don't require all the unpaid busy work and maybe you are in that group. Since we have gotten nowhere when we have asked nicely about the lack of time wasted on some accounts - my wish is that all of us can find a job with better conditions. I cannot afford to continue making $7 to $9 per hour with 10 years of experience and all of it because of the demographics screen information.

We did get the shaft. They don't pay
that much to people who have been there for years. It will be much easier to reach the 900 magic mark of full-time status for those from MDI. Not so easy for me. I run out of work on a regular basis with several accounts and am paid considerably less and struggle to achieve that magic 900 mark. Clearly, MDI employees are the favorite. For now.
