Oh, yes, I suggested to them that I call Geek Squad only because it is actually suggested by ExpressScribe. I naively mentioned this to the computer tech on the phone and she almost screamed at me, saying it would be an gross infraction of the HIPPAA (sp). Well shut my mouth. After this woman called ME without notice, she insisted in a not very nice voice that I put my dogs away, or else she would stop our conversation. She went on to circuitously say (and I dare not interrupt) that she often calls home with loud children in the background and she just has to put a stop to that. At that point, I felt like crying for being spoken to like that. It started the ball of shock rolling and I just felt like the word needed to get out. There's really nothing wrong with this company. I loved the dictators, but did find the actual platform, ExpressScribe, less advanced than DocQscribe. Yes, I did just leave MQ after 5 years, and to have this happen was just too much.
