If you special order a PC from any of the major manufacturers (HP/Compaq, Dell, Gateway, etc.) you can request Windows XP over Vista. You can also buy copies of XP at almost any store that sells computer software. XP is still very widely available pretty much everywhere, and it will be for a while.
