Here is what to do...

In Reply to: I have at first a week ago, and the last few days a lot - I thought I had to wait for system to update.

check the next morning (or night) and your true count will be there. Sometimes the system is extremely slow, sometimes fast at report by report. But to make sure, check the next time you work and you can be 100% sure that is right. I have my own system. I know how many lines I need to achieve per hour, based on their line counting system, to achieve what I expect to make during my shift. I use a calculator and calculate each and every report's line count using the Word program line count as I go based on this. You have to do the math based on your own lph. Therefore, I know that even if the system is slow, if I have the lines I have calculated per my calculator, per their line count, it will be nothing less than what I expect, even if the system is slow. Yeah, it leaves me nervous, but it always works out 100% in the end, sometimes even a couple bucks more! The word count is not changing at TT. I am 100% sure of this.
