Yeah, the brand of your computer has nothing to do with their platform. It's compatibility is contingent on what operating system you are running, how much hard drive space you have free, how much RAM you have, and what type of internet connection you have. These people are complete idiots if they told you that their platform won't work on it just because it is an E-Machine computer. Wow.
