I can tell you why...

In Reply to: Please let us know - Why did you quit

If that person DID quit as opposed to being let go, the reasons can be many. Some have family issues at home which prevent them from keeping to a regular schedule, which we require. Some have so many computer issues that by the time they are actually ready to work, they've had to resign and re-apply (we often re-hire those employees). Others choose to look into a different career, sometimes our schedules are not what they are looking for. More often than not, however, those who do not last have struggled with the QA- the very high standard of quality that we keep- and fail to even come close to the minimum line count we expect. We know our standards are high, and the clients flock to us for this very reason. You know the expression Set the bar high, and they will meet it! We do just that and 90% jump high enough to meet and exceed even their own expectations. That is why our competition hires anyone who has worked here for minimum six months- they know they are getting a quality employee and MT. Are we perfect? Far from it, but we recognize our shortcomings and work hard to reduce them. Sometimes, people just do not agree with our business philosophy, but it is a free country and we encourage them to have successful careers elsewhere. I am proud of our organization and its employees, and I believe they are the best in the country. Apparently many of our clients agree as well. We work hard, we're paid well, and we have opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally. What more could you want?
